Citizen of the Republic of Belarus forcibly expelled from Ukraine
On 07/12/2023, the State Migration Service of Ukraine in the Khmelnytsky region, together with employees of the Department of the National Police of Ukraine, identified a citizen of the Republic of Belarus who arrived on the territory of Ukraine on 03/07/2006 and violated the rules for the stay of foreigners and stateless persons on the territory of Ukraine, or rather: did not comply with the decision on deportation to the country of origin or a third country from 08.08.2014.
In order to fulfill the decision of July 12, 2023 on the deportation from Ukraine of the previously mentioned citizens of the Republic of Belarus, employees of the State Migration Service of Ukraine detained and placed in the Volyn temporary stay center for foreigners and stateless persons to ensure forced expulsion to his country of origin.
