Legal entities registered in accordance with the established procedure (for example, the Ukrainian enterprises, establishments and organizations, representations (branches) of the foreign enterprises, establishments, organizations, representations of the international organizations) can address for registration of the invitation to foreigners / stateless persons. This document is the basis for registration of the short-term visa.

Short-term visa is issued to foreigners / stateless persons from the countries with visa order of entry into Ukraine, if the term of their stay in the territory of Ukraine does not exceed 90 days within 180 days from the date of the first entrance.

For registration of such invitation, it is necessary to address with a petition and corresponding set of documents to division of migration service of Ukraine in the place of registration of the legal entity. The application is considered during 20 working days and depends on these results, legal entity either receives the issued invitation or is refused in its registration. In addition, there is an opportunity to register the invitation during 10 working days, thus the state tax is paid in a double size. The employee of the territorial authority or of the division of State Migration Service of Ukraine, who accepts the documents, checks the correctness of registration of the petition and availability of all necessary documents, verifies their copies with originals (except copy of the page of the foreigner`s passport or of the document certifying the stateless person, with personal data of the person, who is invited), appends his signature in copies, with the indication of initials, surname and position. A case is formed from the accepted documents. By results of consideration of the petition, is made a decision and a mark is affixed with the indication of the date of decision-making. The invitation is issued to the receiving party for a signature, which is put down on the backside of statement. The invitation is issued for a term of 6 months from the date of its registration, during this term the foreigner or the stateless person can address to a diplomatic representation or consular establishment of Ukraine for registration of the short-term visa.

 ATTENTION

The resources, which the inviting party must have, are calculated as 20 living wages on one person counting on a month established in Ukraine on the date of their entry into Ukraine. If the term of stay makes more or less than one month, in that case the resources are calculated using the following formula:

FP = ((20 х Lwage): 30) х (ND + 5),

where:  * FP - sufficient financial provision;

             * Lwage - living wage on one person counting on a month;

             * ND - planned number of days of stay in the territory of Ukraine.
