According to Part 1 of Art. 118 of the Commercial Code of Ukraine association of enterprises is an economic organization, formed of two or more companies with a view to coordinating their industrial, scientific and other activities in order to solve common economic and social problems.
Association – is a contractual union created for the purpose of permanent coordination of economic activities of enterprises united by one or more centralized management and production functions. The charter of the Association should be pointed out that it is the business association. The Association has no right to interfere in economic activity of enterprises-members of the Association. Members-enterprises of the Association retain the status of legal entity.
Association by resolution of the shareholders can be authorized to represent their interests in relations with other organizations, enterprises and governments.
