Registration of place of residence is entering information into the unified state demographic register and passport document of the place of residence with the address of housing. • Reasons for staying on the territory of Ukraine of foreigners and stateless persons;
• Grounds for residence or stay of the person in a specialized social institutions, the enterprise of social services and social protection;
• Grounds for the right of use of housing.

Removal from the registration is carried out at the day of application with no charge. Person who has attained 14 years of age, personally submits an application for removal of registration of place of residence. As a result you will obtain a stamp in the passport document with a mark of removal from registration, and you will get a ticket of removal from place of residence in Ukraine, that you necessarily need to save, because when applying for registration of the new place of residence you will need to submit this ticket with other documents for registration.

 CAUTIONS AND NOTES (IMPORTANT)

Removal from the register may be carried out together with the registration of the new place of residence. Removal from the registration of place of residence of orphans and children deprived of parental care, persons over whom is established guardianship or custody, is carried out in agreement with the guardianship authorities.

In case of application is made by the legal representative of the person:

• Identity document of the legal representative;
• Document confirming the authority of a person as the legal representative, unless the legal representatives are the parents (adoptive parents).

Removal from the residence of registration upon application of a legal representative is carried out with the consent of the other legal representatives. The absence of one of the documents included in the list is a reason for denial of receiving service.
