Depending on the grounds there  are two FORMS RESIDENCE PERMIT:

• TEMPORARY RESIDENCE PERMIT

Temporary residence permit allows foreign citizens or stateless persons to legally reside on the territory of Ukraine for the period for which is issued a document and enjoy the same privileges as the citizens of Ukraine, except for cases stipulated by law.
