Answer. Under martial law, an employer may grant an employee leave at his own expense for an indefinite period. But unilaterally, you cannot claim such leave. Only by agreement of the parties. If your employer believes that you should work now, then if you do not show up for work, he can put you on absenteeism, without a good reason, and even dismiss you for such absenteeism.

According to the law, in the event of absenteeism of an employee, including absence from the workplace for more than three hours during a working day without a good reason, the employer receives a basis for his dismissal.
